Female Death Animation (Slower Version + Bug Fixes)

For those who found the animation is too fast,

This's the slower version I made.

Including the fix that address issue that causing PC & NPCs stuck in place after animation ended.

Included in LE version,

but for SE version, I'm bit lazy to ask for modification permission.
